ARRIVAL & PARKING
There will be well over 500 participants on the day. Please carpool and arrive early. You can elect to park in Kable Avenue next to No. 1 Oval or in Kmart car park, access from White Street. If you have not been able to pick up your race kit on Saturday, you will need to be at No.1 Oval at 7:30 am to collect your bib number.
BAG DROP
Bag drop will be at 6:30 am. If you have a bag you would like stored while you race, you can leave it, identified with your name & race bib #, at the area provided, located at No. 1 Oval. Any bags not claimed by 11.30am will be donated to St Vincent de Paul.
CATEGORY WINNERS
Overall Female and Male 1st $200, 2nd $100, 3rd $50 for the Half Marathon and 10k and 1st $100, 2nd $75 and 3rd $50 for the 5k. There is also a prize of $25 for the winner, male and female, for each age category. Participants can enter as many events as they choose, however, will be eligible for just one prize. If they are placed in more than one event then they will be awarded with the prize of the highest value.
WEATHER
Overnight temperatures can drop to zero, followed by sunny days. Prepare accordingly. Ideal running conditions.
RACE BIB AND MERCHANDISE COLLECTION
Your t-shirt, race bib must be collected on the Saturday before the race, in Tamworth (location to be confirmed) between 10am and 1pm.
SUPPORTERS
If you have not registered and you do not have a race bib, you cannot run on the designated course. However, we encourage spectators to cheer on runners and add to atmosphere – especially No. 1 Oval Finishing area.
CUT OFF TIMES
There is a cut off time of 3 hours for the Half Marathon and 4 hours for the Triple.
MEDICAL
Runners should ensure they are fit and healthy enough to complete their chosen course. It is strongly recommended that all competitors have their own personal health insurance, accident or ambulance cover. Race organisers reserve the right to withdraw a runner based on medical grounds.

Water available at 3km, 5km, 8km, 11km, 15km and Finish

FINISHERS REWARDS
All runners in the 5km, 10km, and 21km events will receive a custom finishers medal.
T SHIRTS
These can be purchased as an optional extra during the early bird period when entering online. They can be collected along with your bib on the Saturday before the event so you can wear them on the Sunday.
